I love working at a university that is really involved in microfinance and similar important issues. I needed to hear this story. Great timing for me. Thanks.

Comment on the workplace apostle

I totally agree that when God sent his apostles they had been properly guided by using the five fold workplace principles. It is true that they entered unchartered territories and propagated the Christian faith. I still wonder how and why St.Thomas came to India and struggled to establish Christian faith when there was threat to his life. It will be interesting to investigate what prompted these people (money or power is out of question) to make ultimate sacrifice for Christ their leader. St.Thomas was killed in Chennai a place where I live now.

Premkumar.

Comment on Personal Development

The linking of the psalm to the management and the write up gives some meaning, but management is something to with planning, organising, executing, controlling and evaluating. A much clearer explanation is required in my opinion.

Comment on jephthah: the son of a harlot

WOAH! And I think I have had a rough go of it? The bible is filled with these juicy stories (especially the Old Testament) that gives so much more depth to the lessons. This is a great one, and shows how God can use any of us, with any background. He must have had a lot of fire in him.
Thanks, I've never seen this particular story before!
